It is quite unusual that one has to be humiliated without his genuine mistake.
But it happens. And it happens oftenly to those whose confidence levels are in doldrums of destiny, although I never believe in a thing like destiny, fate or luck. I have an experince to share with all of you in support of my founding assumption:
Today, a small SAP service provider company - Teklink LTD(situated at Naperville,Illinois, USA) is expected to arrive for recruitment in our college.
We all gathered there in time, I was late, as usual.
There we are to be shortlisted on the basis for aggregate marks.
I was fascinated with the career profile they are providing to us for their offshore plant at Hyderabad, India. The good thing there was that the present CEO , Pankaj Gupta, is a GSItian of 1986 batch and is present here and keenly interested in recruiting us. After their brief introduction, they went inside cabins for arranging HR intreviews.
As our TPO has to go for an urgent task and there were no volunteers present, he nominated one of us to volunteer the proceedings(I am not that one). What a pity for that boy! He after being himself interviwed left that place without nominating his hier apparent.
And as we all know troubles never come in isolation, so was there also. Some of the inelligible students of CSE branch(with lower aggregates) went inside the HR cabin as it was unchecked & sailed through the interview successfully unnoticed.
Even here, things were not too bad. The real twist in the tale came when humanistic feelings like jealousy rose its head.
One of their own friend of same branch who is further lower than them in aggregate went to TPO and complained about this fraud. After hearing all this, TPO went out of his mind.He soon summoned the culprits and banned them for the upcoming two companies(probably Amdocs & Atos Origin).
But the real climax of story is still to come.
Then came the friend of the guy who was nominated originally for these proceedings and who had flown away from there. He was just having a pass from there when he heard the name of his friend from TPO. In an anticipation that his friend would have been selected with some formalities left, he went to TPO & informed him that he knows that guy. Soon after an instant of time, he was shocked to here the real situation. The TPO had held his friend totally responsible for all the derelictions happened and is surely going to say recruiters to ditch him. At this time, his friend come in defence by stating that he would have some genuine cause. For this defensive patronization, TPO snubbed him harshly with additional derogatory remarks.

Now my request to all my wise readers is to give remarks on one or more than one of the following aspects in an unpartial manner:
(1) TPO is totally correct in all his majesty.
(2)TPO should not have to lose his nerves on the friend of real culprit. What is the mistake of that guy? Justify it!!!!!
(3)Any other views.
